By accessing or using our website https://rednbed.com/ , you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be 12 years or older to use this website and place an order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders may also be canceled if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the customer.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment options. Orders above PKR 40,000 may require partial or full advance payment depending on the order.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan through Leopard Courier Service. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and operational factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
6. Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer any return or refund policy. Exchange is only available in case of a damaged product or if an incorrect item is delivered.
Conditions for exchange:
· Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery
· Product must be unused and in original condition
· Exchange process may take up to 15 days
· Online orders can only be exchanged through the online process
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders not confirmed through our verification system (robo call or message) may be automatically canceled. For confirmed orders, cancellation requests must be made via email.
8. User Responsibilities
By using our website, you agree not to:

· Provide false or misleading information
· Attempt to disrupt or harm the website or its operations
