1. Order Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order only before it has been dispatched.

2. Order Confirmation & Auto System

After placing an order, customers may receive a robo message or automated call for confirmation.

· Customers can also cancel the order through the robo call/message option 

If the order is already confirmed, then cancellation can only be requested by contacting us via email or mention Customer Support number.

3. After Dispatch

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.

4. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel a confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible with your order details:
