1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver all over Pakistan through our courier partner Leopard Courier Service.
2. Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days. However, delivery may be delayed due to system errors, technical issues, or during high-volume periods such as sales. We always try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched after confirmation. Once shipped, the order is handed over to the courier for delivery.
4. Important Delivery Instructions
· If your parcel is opened, damaged, or tampered with at the time of delivery:
o Do not accept the parcel
o Make a video immediately as proof
o Share the video with us for further assistance
⚠️ If you accept an opened parcel without proof, we will not be responsible for any damage or missing items.
5. Rider Payment Policy
· Riders are not allowed to charge any extra amount other than the official order amount
· If a rider asks for extra money, do not pay
· If you still pay any extra amount, we will not be responsible for that payment
6. Delays & Responsibility
Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, system errors, technical problems, or high order volume during sales. While we aim for timely delivery, we are not responsible for such delays.
